RNDgrid Private Limited, referred to as RNDgrid, provides analytical testing, material characterization, R&D support, consultation, and related services through external partner laboratories and technical experts.

RNDgrid is not a testing laboratory and does not own or operate scientific instruments in-house. Testing and analysis are performed by external laboratories using their own facilities, instruments, methods, and procedures.

Services are provided based on the details shared by the client and the scope confirmed by RNDgrid before testing.

The scope may include analytical testing, sample preparation, material characterization, R&D consultation, data interpretation, or other technical services.

Any additional sample, test, method, interpretation, special format, certificate, or recommendation not included in the confirmed scope may require additional charges.

Clients must provide correct and complete details about the sample, testing requirement, expected result format, and any special instructions before testing.

Samples must be properly packed, labeled, coded, and provided in sufficient quantity.

Clients must disclose if a sample is hazardous, toxic, infectious, reactive, flammable, restricted, or requires special handling. RNDgrid or the partner laboratory may reject such samples if they cannot be safely handled.

RNDgrid is not responsible for delays, incorrect analysis, or additional charges caused by incomplete, incorrect, or unclear information shared by the client.

Prices are based on the sample type, test method, laboratory availability, instrument availability, and final testing requirements.

Quoted prices may change if the final testing requirement, sample condition, method, or laboratory availability changes.

Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 2 months from the date of issue.

Advance payment is required before testing begins.

Payment is non-refundable once testing has been performed. If testing is not performed, a full refund will be issued.

Student or academic pricing is applicable only where available.

To avail student pricing, the client must submit a valid student ID and an institute request letter or other required academic proof.

If valid documents are not provided, regular pricing may apply.

Testing is performed by external partner laboratories. Results are shared with the client as received from the laboratory.

Routine analysis includes only the test report or result data. Interpretation, conclusions, recommendations, certificates, method development, or expert opinion are not included unless agreed separately.

Reports are normally provided as soft copies. Hard copies, special formats, or additional documentation may require extra charges.

After receiving the report, clients must review the results carefully.

If you have any questions, contact RNDgrid within 24 hours of receiving the report.

After this period, the laboratory discards the sample and RNDgrid does not address result-related queries.

Any further requests or queries will be treated as a new sample on a payment basis.

If a genuine error is identified from RNDgrid's side or the laboratory's side, RNDgrid may coordinate correction or re-testing, where practically possible.

Free re-testing is not applicable for unclear requirements, wrong sample submission, change in scope, change in expected result, or queries raised after the 24-hour review period.

Clients are not permitted to be present during testing unless the laboratory specifically allows or requires it.

If presence is required, prior approval and appointment scheduling are mandatory.

Reports are provided for informational, research, and internal decision-making purposes only.

Reports must not be used for advertising, legal evidence, certification, regulatory submission, product claims, or third-party claims unless explicitly approved by the originating laboratory.

RNDgrid is not responsible for the interpretation or use of the analysis results.

Based on the type of work, RNDgrid may provide technical consultation, data interpretation, method development support, or R&D guidance.

Such services require prior discussion, approval, and additional charges.

Any advice or interpretation provided is based on the available information and should not be treated as a guarantee of product performance, regulatory approval, or commercial success.

Estimated timelines are shared based on laboratory and instrument availability.

Timelines may change due to sample complexity, instrument downtime, queue at the laboratory, holidays, logistics delays, or other practical reasons.

RNDgrid will try to coordinate timely delivery but does not guarantee fixed turnaround time unless specifically agreed in writing.

RNDgrid treats client information, sample details, test results, and reports as confidential.

Client information is shared only with RNDgrid team members, partner laboratories, consultants, logistics providers, or service providers involved in completing the requested service.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, government authority, court order, or regulatory requirement.

Clients retain ownership of their sample materials, proprietary information, and data provided to RNDgrid.

Documents, formats, workflows, website content, communication templates, and service processes created by RNDgrid remain the property of RNDgrid unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Test methods, instrument procedures, and laboratory processes may belong to the respective partner laboratory or applicable standard method.

RNDgrid is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, claim, delay, rejection, research outcome, commercial decision, regulatory issue, or product failure arising from the use of test results, reports, consultation, or services.

RNDgrid's role is limited to service facilitation, coordination, and communication between the client and the external laboratory or technical expert.

Clients must not misuse RNDgrid's website, reports, quotation, invoices, or communication for false claims, illegal activities, misleading advertising, unauthorized certification, or misrepresentation of results.

Clients must not submit illegal, unsafe, restricted, or prohibited materials without prior written disclosure and approval.

If a client cancels before testing has started, cancellation may be accepted depending on laboratory status and sample handling stage.

If testing has already been performed, payment is non-refundable.

If the laboratory rejects the sample or testing cannot be performed, a refund or alternate testing option may be provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the courts or appropriate forums in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.

RNDgrid may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on the website with the revised date. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated Terms.
