1Scope of Services
RNDgrid provides analytical testing, material characterization, consultation, and lab-based services through our network of partner laboratories and technical experts. All services are provided based on the scope mutually agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
2User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and samples.
- Ensure that samples submitted are safe, properly labeled, and free from hazardous or prohibited materials unless disclosed and approved.
- Use RNDgrid's results and reports only for lawful purposes.
3Pricing & Payments
- Prices for services are as listed on our platform or as quoted directly by our team.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required before analysis or consultation begins.
- All payments are non-refundable once a service has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4Turnaround Time & Reporting
We strive to deliver reports within the estimated timelines. However, timelines may vary depending on sample complexity, instrument availability, or unforeseen circumstances. All reports are provided in electronic format unless otherwise agreed.
5Confidentiality
RNDgrid maintains strict confidentiality of all client data, reports, and project details. No results or information will be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.
6Intellectual Property
All data, test methods, and documentation developed by RNDgrid remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their sample materials and proprietary information provided.
7Limitation of Liability
RNDgrid and its partners exercise due diligence in testing and analysis. However:
- We do not guarantee that results will be accepted by any regulatory authority or third party.
- RNDgrid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or results.
8Sample Retention & Disposal
Samples may be retained for a limited period post-analysis (typically 30 days) and then disposed of safely unless requested otherwise in writing at the time of submission.
9Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the website or services for illegal purposes, data scraping, reverse engineering, or false representation of results.
10Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve amicably before proceeding to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
11Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
